You must be at least 18 years old to book sessions. Minors may participate only if accompanied by a parent or guardian, with consent provided prior to participation.

You acknowledge that Yoga, Pilates, and Sound Healing sessions involve physical movement and energetic practices, which carry inherent risks. By participating, you affirm that you are physically fit and have consulted a physician regarding any medical conditions or concerns. You agree to practise within your own limits and to inform us of any injuries or limitations before your session begins.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment is due prior to your session unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session (or 24 hours where special circumstances have been discussed and agreed in advance) will be charged the full session fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, with notice.

• Workshop fees are payable in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule, transfer your place to another event of equal value, or substitute another participant in your place. Any of these require written notice at least 7 days before the event; requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible.

• If the replacement event costs more than the original, the difference must be paid; no refund is given if it costs less.

• Substituting a participant requires their details to be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability and confirmation.

• If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another event.

• All rescheduling and transfer requests are subject to availability.
